My singing crystal bowls assist to amplify the effect of the meditation in order to create an ambiance to intensify the therapeutic effect. They are specially designed to correlate to the 7 chakras, and therefore, by playing them throughout the session, you receive a boost of chakra cleansing and energy balancing in addition to the healing suggestions given. Have you been experiencing various digestive disorders and are looking for information on how to heal them? If you are looking for some nutritional guidance, new healthier versions of recipes of your favorite foods, a greater understanding of the relationship between the various organs and systems in your body, and/or greater information about various possible “dis-eases” that could be plaguing you to look into more, I am more than happy to assist! I will work with you to establish a nutrition plan that aligns with your health related goals. In my research, I have to say, everything led back to the detoxification of the various organs as the 1st step in creating greater health.
