In this sound healing meditation, we’ll go up through each chakra, strengthening each energetic center to more effectively allow the expressions of the Throat Chakra to be communicated more effectively through each of your chakras.
Sound gives form to Spirit and energy.
Just as sand on a vibrating surface created from tones can create various and specific mandala patterns, vibration is at the core of all existence for everything is made up of energy.
The right vibrations can create a harmonizing and ordering effect within our Body-Mind-Spirit.
Since everything is made up of energy – and energy is vibration – everything carries a specific vibration, including our breath, heartbeat, circadian rhythms, molecular vibration, brain waves, nerve impulses as well as the diurnal, seasonal, lunar, and solar cycles. This rhythm is fundamental to all of life. All rhythm is subject to a principle called resonance or entrainment.
The principle of entrainment states that whenever two or more oscillators in the same field are pulsing at nearly the same rate, they tend to lock in and begin pulsing at the exact the same rate.
In these chakra sessions, we are utilizing sound from the sacred sound instruments and verbal suggestions to create this desire “entrainment” – effectively balancing & strengthening our chakras, specifically as it relates to our Throat Chakra.
The Throat Chakra’s purpose and gift involves fine-tuning our own vibrational energies for clearer and more authentic self-expression as well as more effective and purposeful communications with others. We have learned enough to be able to understand how we may best create authentic and higher vibrational energies within that which we bring into the world.
When we understand the rhythmic patterns of vibration, we have entered into the domain of raw creation where we can now alter the rhythm of the vibrational pattern, transforming or changing the pattern as we desire. Using this in alignment with our higher self ensures we are creating intentionally, and for the highest good of all.

As her sole profession for 2 decades, Nicole Alcyon has combined her skills as a Hypnotherapist, Sound Healer – with over a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, a chakra set of Tibetan bowls, 4 Gongs and other sound healing instruments – and her expertise on Chakra Cleansing/Balancing to create a unique and highly potent approach to therapeutic group sound healing sessions. These are channeled guided meditations/sessions from her Higher Self and the Divine that she brings forth. The intention for these high vibrational Hypno-Chakra and/or Sound Healing Sessions is to provide the opportunity to strengthen our connection and alignment to our Higher Self!
Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004 and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing her set for the first time, the idea of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was instantly “downloaded” in the mind and birthed into existence!
