Many hands make for light work! And chipping in with other people is a great way to get to know one another and build community 🙂

By having the community help out and cut down on the workload of the facilitators, we could offer lower and discounted prices in exchange not just for those helping but for everyone attending!

In that spirit of thinking, I wanted to make this campout a collaborative effort. You don’t have to help, but if you do, I’m offering a discount in return.

ETA: Many of these positions are filled now. Very few positions remain for helping. Dishwashing the pots/pans used for meals remain if you’d like to do that for 1 or 2 meals?!

If you’d like to help in exchange for a discount to attend, here’s what we’re looking for:

• • Checking people in and showing them where to go to set up camp and where everything is as they arrive (one spot). You will arrive no later than 3pm on Friday to help do this. This option provides $60 off. (FILLED)
  • Help preparing meals (multiple people).
    – Make cucumber salad for dinner, and get buns & condiments ready.
    – Cut up apples for oatmeal.
    Can you help for 1 or meals doing this? The discount you receive depends on how many meals you help for. You will have others helping you, making prepping even easier than our already easy menu!
  • Childcare helper during sound baths. This option offers $40 off for each sound bath missed. Play frisbee or cornhole in the field!
  • Willing to be called upon at various times throughout the retreat, for quick and easy tasks. This may include gathering people up, passing out Cacao, carrying stuff to another location, setting up for meals, setting down ground cover for sound baths, etc.  Looking for 2 people to fill this spot to join other helpers. This option provides $60 off.

We also are considering people to share their skills during this retreat.

• • Massage therapist. Must be flexible to provide massages to fit in whoever might like one in order to be selected for this position for a discount price of no more than $1 a minute, but you set your own schedule. You may have many or none come to you, but you will receive a discount regardless for the effort and equipment brought. Pay only $122 for the retreat, and perhaps make more than that while enjoying this campout retreat!
  • Yoga instructor. 15-20 min set both mornings. This option provides $50 off.
