Let’s release that which no longer serves with powerful breathing techniques and patterns that cleanses the Body-Mind-Spirit in this potent collaboration of Breathwork & Sound Healing!
Breathwork has been one of our most ancient and potent tools for releasing, healing, processing energy/emotions, meditating, and accessing our own Divine Nature!
The purpose of breath work is to quiet the mind, open the heart, and let Spirit do the rest. In doing so, it draws old, trapped energy out of the body and creates space to draw in what is being sought.
In our Ecstatic Breathwork & Sound Healing Session, we use specific breath patterns to access our bodies own tools for:
Giving your mind something to focus on to better achieve deep states of meditation and self-awareness
Releasing held trauma and stagnant blocks, process stuck, stagnant and old energies/patterns/emotions
Opening the energy pathways that flow through us
Experiencing a full-bodied bliss state as the Kundalini energy is given the opportunity to rise and expand within us!
…All while we enjoy the dynamic frequencies of 2 large Paiste Gongs and Singing Crystal Bowls accompanying us on this cleansing, healing and activating journey!
It can be both intense (in a good way) and deeply rewarding!

FLOW OF THE SESSION
While Bree Phillips leads everyone through specific breathwork exercises and patterns, Nicole Alcyon of Triniti Healing will hold a sacred and safe space for those in the room while playing her various sound healing instruments – sometimes near/over you personally to help you in releasing deeper and expanding more, as well as in the group atmosphere…
After about 30 minutes of guided breathwork, we’ll have the opportunity to allow our Intuition & Body to be own our personal guides for the remainder of the time, at which point perhaps you allow breath and sound to take you to even deeper states of releasing and activating, or perhaps you relax into the meditative and balanced state you’ve achieve. Maybe you fluctuate between the two states!

Breeanna Phillips is a breath work facilitator, oracle, and kitchen witch born, raised, and working in Portland, Oregon. After many years spent as a fitness professional, Bree shifted her focus from physical to emotional fitness. She knew she had found her calling in healing after experiencing the transformation that comes with regular breath work practice.
In June of 2020, she earned her Level 4 breath work certification through Healer Training with David Elliott.
In April of 2021, she completed a 7-month internship where she deepened her knowledge and connection to healing, working with plant medicine. It is her mission to share Earth-honoring and heart-centered practices with all who seek them. Bree offers personalized Flower Essence Elixir Readings and breath work online and in person.

For 17 years, Nicole Alcyon has combined her skills as a Hypnotherapist, Sound Healer (with over a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, 2 Paiste Gongs and other sound healing instruments), and expertise on Chakra Cleansing/Balancing to create a unique and highly potent approach to therapeutic group sound healing sessions. These are channeled guided meditations/sessions from her Higher Self and the Divine that she brings forth. The intention for these high vibrational Hypno-Chakra and/or Sound Healing Sessions is to provide the opportunity to strengthen our connection and alignment to our Higher Self! Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing her set for the first time, the idea of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was downloaded and birthed into existence! She has been facilitating private and group sessions since 2004.
