11/11 Sound Healing Bath - Raising the Vibration
For this energetically auspicious 11-11 date, let's gather in a High Vibrational space to sonically bathe in the cleansing, balancing, and peaceful frequencies of several Gongs, over a dozen 432 hz Singing Crystal Bowls, some Chimes, and Solfeggio Pipes as we raise the frequency of our own Being & set a group intention for and envision greater Peace and Healing within the world!
Joining Nicole and her 2 large Paiste gongs will be Kevin aka Mr. Reiki with his various gongs!
We’ll begin by creating a sacred container
Then go around the room giving everyone a personal gong bath, and play the larger gongs after…
🎶Solfeggio pipes will be played randomly during this time, adding some deep healing into the meditation.🎵
Solfeggio frequencies are a set of 9 electromagnetic tones that are said to have the power to heal and raise consciousness. They form the basis of many ancient sacred music traditions dating back as far as the 8th century, such as the Gregorian chants and Indian Sanskrit chants.
The various Gongs help clear away the lower vibrational energies and stagnation…
~After a bit of time enjoying the Gongs, we’ll then be brought into a blissfully peaceful state by the 432 hz Singing Crystal Bowls made of quartz crystal, taking you through a sonic journey to release, purify, balance and harmonize~
This will be mainly a Sound Healing Bath with a bit of guided suggestions sprinkled in to get the most of out this and to collectively set intentions for and envision greater healing, love, and peace within the unified field of the collective consciousness.
The energetic significance of 11:11 is said to bring us in greater alignment to our dreams, intentions and goals, and ultimately to our higher self and higher purpose…
So let’s spend Intentional Time in a high vibe and sacred space to focus on bringing greater Resonance, Peace and Balance within your Body-Mind-Spirit, as well as within the world!
We will envision the energy around mother Earth being cleansed and cleared, while we then add in some higher vibrational energy into the Unified Field of Consciousness.
Studies done have shown that a collective prayer with a specific intention can dramatically lower crime in a city… We may not be able to bring about world peace, but we can certainly be the change we want to see in the world and bring forth greater Living Light energy into the collective consciousness!

As her sole profession for 19 years, Nicole Alcyon has combined her skills as a Hypnotherapist, Sound Healer – with over a dozen Singing Crystal Bowls, 2 Paiste Gongs and other sound healing instruments – and expertise on Chakra Cleansing/Balancing to create a unique and highly potent approach to therapeutic group sound healing sessions. These are channeled guided meditations/sessions from her Higher Self and the Divine that she brings forth. The intention for these high vibrational Hypno-Chakra and/or Sound Healing Sessions is to provide the opportunity to strengthen our connection and alignment to our Higher Self!
Nicole graduated from her year-long Hypnotherapy program in 2004, and received very clear guidance to purchase a chakra set of the singing crystal bowls that same year. Upon playing her set for the first time, the idea of Hypno-Chakra Therapy was downloaded in my mind and birthed into existence!
